Internet has changed the world of publishing in its entirety. Internet offers both -access to a heap of material pubished by others as well as a challenge to pubish and promote one's own work. Most of the publishing on Internet still requires "web programming" knowhow. As an Activist, what is your assessment of the current web-publishing technologies?
